Do I have to freeze for 24 hours? What happens if I freeze for less time?

We recommend freezing for at least 24 hours to give your pint time to reach the optimal temperature range for processing. Although the CREAMi Deluxe Pint may hit freezing temperatures before 24 hours is up, it will need to get even colder before it is ready for processing. (The unit is designed to process bases that are between -12 C and -21 C.) If you freeze your base for less than 24 hours, it may not reach a cold enough temperature for processing, and your output will likely be soft and liquidy.

What can I make if I don't have 24 hours?

You can make a milkshake or customize store-bought ice cream with mix-ins in minutes.

How large is the Deluxe Pint?

The Maximum fill line is 680 ml.

What are the cups made of?

The Ninja Cups are made from Eastman Tritan which is an extremely durable BPA-free plastic.

Can the Ninja Blender with Auto-iQ handle frozen ingredients such as ice, frozen fruits & vegetables?

Yes, the Ninja Pro Extractor Blades breaks down frozen ingredients in seconds. For best results, use one of the Auto-iQ programs.
